Welcome to Titletown of America. I’m Sam Bernard. In addition to being co-founder of our closing/title company along with my brother Josh, I’m also Operations Manager responsible for the day to day operations of our three Jacksonville area offices.
Like my brother, I also grew up in the Jacksonville area and graduated from Mandarin High School. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. I’ve learned the title business working closely with my brother and attorney father since graduating.
On the personal side, I married my wife in 2021 and we are expecting our first child this coming November. Starting a family and a new business within a year or so of each other is exciting, challenging and in the end very rewarding. I love my job and know our clients appreciate working with us at an exciting time in their lives.
What are our long term plans for the business? We want to continue growing but doing so smartly as good business opportunities arise. Having a close knit relationship with a family operated real estate law firm like we have provides our clients with access to an array of real estate legal services rarely found in other closing/title companies. That’s especially true in the Northside of Jacksonville where we are located and gives us a significant competitive advantage. Future plans for growth include expanding with several new office locations to better serve the coastal communities further south of the Jacksonville area.
